Buyer prepays plus postage & insurance - item prices do not include shipping OR insurance fees. When you place your order you will receive two e-mails from us - an automated e-mail detailing your order and a separate e-mail advising of the total due with postage and insurance fees - please wait for our e-mail advising of the total due before sending payment. We ship via U.S. Postal Service (Priority Mail within the U.S.), Insured. Virginia residents pay sales tax.
We accept Checks, Money Orders and PayPal. Checks (including e-checks issued through PayPal) are held 7 days. We now ship on Saturdays (due to our new work hours we are only able to make it to the Post Office on Saturdays). Items paid by check (including e-checks issued through PayPal) will ship the first Saturday after the 7 day hold has passed. Money Orders and instant Pay Pal payments will ship the first Saturday after receipt of payment or notification of receipt of payment by PayPal.
Payment is due within 10 days of our e-mail advising of the total amount due, including shipping and insurance, and MUST BE IN U.S. FUNDS DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK.

Returns: If you are not pleased with your item(s), you may return item(s) in the original packaging, within 5 days of receipt, for a refund of the purchase price and shipping/insurance costs paid. Buyer pays for return shipping. Buyer must e-mail us and let us know item is being returned and why. Item(s) must be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, insured for its purchase price and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped with any tags intact. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Damaged Items: Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the insurance. Claims must be made through the U.S. Postal Service. Be sure to retain all original packaging, as well as the package contents as these must be taken to the U.S. Postal Service at the time of the claim.
Spam. We really hate spam! We have never and will never give your e-mail addresses to anyone! There are devious people out there, however, who do not respect domain name ownership. We know that someone is sending spam using our domain name (theglassjunkie.com) in the header. Unfortunately, it is too easy to change the "From" field to anything you want it to be and there appears to be nothing we can do to stop this. If you do receive e-mail that appears to come from us (.....@theglassjunkie.com), rest assured that we have absolutely nothing to do with it. We have been told by our server that the only thing that can be done is just to delete it.
